I'm Jeanette, am the founder of Neon Seahorse Design, dog lover, mediocre surfer, shark obsessed diver, and a chocolate chip cookie addict. My career has been a wild mix of empowering changemakers, growing startups, and building design solutions that actually matter. I’ve worked with non-profits in East Africa to improve women’s health and create income-generating opportunities, partnered with organizations like USAID to drive investment back into diasporic communities, and helped unicorn startups like WeWork grow like crazy.
But beyond the titles and buzzwords, I’ve always been driven by one thing: creating meaningful impact. Whether it was designing an app to support healthcare workers in remote East African villages or overhauling digital systems that desperately needed some help, my work is all about amplifying missions through thoughtful, functional design.
When I’m not at my computer, you can find me attempting to catch a wave, pretending I'm on Great British Bake Off, or going on an adventure with my three-legged rescue dog, Bob. I believe in the power of design to make the world a better place for all the creatures and people who call it home.
